Visitation Hours

Inmates are allowed two weekly free onsite video visits, 20 minutes each. Inmates can have unlimited paid remote visits. Onsite visits are allowed Sunday-Thursday from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm. Visits must be scheduled in advance, and 4 visitors are allowed at once.

The Hardin County Detention Center has an online roster of inmates. This roster includes information about the arrest date, inmate’s age and description, and the arresting agency.

The Hardin County Sheriff’s Office maintains a list of Most Wanted People on its website.

Hardin County Public Records Information

Public records can be obtained by submitting a public records request form to the County Clerk’s Office. Once the form is completed, the request can be hand-delivered, emailed, or mailed to the office. There is a fee for copies of records.
