Livingston County Jail Inmate Search, Arrests and Mugshots
Livingston County Fiscal Court has contracted with McCracken County Jail to house all inmates. The county jail is a medium security facility that houses both male and female inmates. All inmates have been arrested and charged with felony or misdemeanor offenses. The county jail offers programs for inmates, including GED classes, AA and NA support groups, libraries, and 24 hour medical care. The mission of the county jail is to provide a safe and secure facility for the inmates, staff, and community. The current jailer, who is in charge of overseeing day to day operations in the facility, is David Knight.

How to Send Mail or Package
Inmates are allowed to receive letters from friends and family while they are incarcerated. Only letters and 4×6 photographs are allowed to be sent. (No magazines, books, etc.) All mail is opened and checked for contraband.

If you wish to leave money for an inmate you must deposit the money in the Kiosk in the front lobby, the CareACell website or mail in a postal money only. (no Western Union or money grams.)
Commissary is held once a week on Wednesday. Money must be on the account by 12 on Sunday. If an inmate owes money to the jail 25% of money deposited on the account will be applied to fees owed. Money put on an account for commissary to be directed to a different inmate may be confiscated by the Jail.
