How to Send Mail or Package
Inmates are allowed to receive mail from their friends and family while incarcerated. All incoming mail must be addressed with the Inmate name and Inmate ID and have a return address on the envelope. All incoming mail must be in the form of a letter. All mail is opened and inspected for contraband. If contraband is found, the mail will be destroyed. Once the mail is inspected, it is scanned and distributed to inmates electronically. Mail is sent to a 3rd party facility.

Money can be added on an inmate’s commissary account by friends and family. The same website, SmartJailMail, is a way to add money to the inmate’s commissary. An account must be made on the site.
