The county jail houses both male and female offenders who have been arrested and charged with either misdemeanor or felony offenses. Inmates are allowed to receive mail from their friends and family while incarcerated. All incoming mail must be addressed with the Inmate name and Inmate ID and have a return address on the envelope. All incoming mail must be in the form of a letter or postcard. All mail is opened and inspected for contraband. If contraband is found, the mail will be destroyed.
