Inmates have the right to receive mail from friends and family while incarcerated. Letters, greeting cards with no sparkles, glitter or glitter pens, stickers, or unidentifiable substance, and up to 5 photos. The letters and addresses on the envelope must be hand-written in either black or blue ink. The letter must include a return address with the sender’s full name.
